How much does Kosma Connect cost, and when do I pay?
There is no upfront or retainer fee. You pay a single placement fee equal to 20% of the candidate's first-year base salary, due only after a candidate Kosma Connect presents starts work, invoiced on net-30 terms.
What happens if a Kosma Connect hire doesn't work out?
Every placement is guaranteed for 90 days. If the candidate leaves or is let go for cause within that window, Kosma Connect provides a replacement at no additional fee, or refunds the placement fee on a sliding scale based on how early the departure occurs.
Do candidates pay anything to Kosma Connect?
Never. Kosma Connect is employer-paid. The professionals it represents are never charged a fee.
What kinds of roles does Kosma Connect fill?

Are Kosma Connect candidates employees of my company?
Yes. These are direct-hire placements; the candidate becomes your own W-2 employee. Kosma Connect is not the employer and plays no role in compensation, benefits, or management.
Am I locked into a contract with Kosma Connect?
No. Kosma Connect's services are non-exclusive. You only owe a fee if you hire someone it introduced.
